Right now, things are very difficult for trans and nonbinary people in red states in the U.S. Many draconian laws are being passed that make even day-to-day things like using public bathrooms and having an accurate driver’s license difficult or risky. Consequently, many people are considering leaving their states and moving to safer ones. This page will link to practical information about each state.
We also know that not everyone is able to leave (and it shouldn’t even have to be considered), so we also are including information here about advocation for trans and nonbinary rights in each state.
Note that this page is very much in progress and we are adding info as we can. If you can help us with any of the pages, considering volunteering or contacting us.
